Only exporters who hold a license with the NZ Horticuture Export Authority (HEA), are able to export persimmons from New Zealand.
A requirement of holding a license is that exporters must comply with the industry’s food safety requirements, and also with our quality manual.
Licensing under the HEA, provides assurances to our customers that you are buying highest qualty fruit.
In the 2026 season, there are six exporters who hold a full license to export persimmons. Information on these licensed exporters is available below:
